What kind of packaging materials does From Kioni use?
From Kioni aims to be conscious of our business’ impact on the environment. Applicable orders are shipped in recycled kraft envelopes while relevant products are packaged in glassine; an air, water, and grease-resistant material that is both recyclable and biodegradable.
When will my order ship?
You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 business days after it is placed.
Does From Kioni ship worldwide?
Yes! Please check
here to confirm whether or not we are able to ship to your country. Parcels being shipped outside of the U.S. can take about 2-6 weeks to be delivered.
Can I track my package?
Package tracking is available at an additional cost.

If your order is shipping to an address within the U.S., please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. For international orders to addresses outside of the U.S., please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.
